Course Description
Pre-Algebra provides the foundational mathematics necessary for success in future math course work. We will study arithmetic, exponents, fractions, factorization, scientific notation, percentages, rational numbers and real numbers, and linear equations; also areas, volumes, and very simple trigonometry. Throughout, careful reasoning and real understanding are encouraged and prized.
