Scholars Online CoursesScholarship Deadline May 20 |
Scholarship AvailabilityIn its meeting on April 28, the Scholars Online Board of Directors approved scholarship funds to help students attend Scholars Online courses in Summer and Fall 2025. To be considered for a scholarship, enroll in the courses you would like to take, then email the Accounts office to request scholarship help, along with a statement explaining why you need this help. We do not require any proof of income or tax statements, but we trust that you will prayerfully consider your needs and limit your request so that we can help as many students as possible. We must receive your request no later than May 20, 2025. Scholarships will be apportioned during the last week of May and awarded on June 1. Students are awarded a tuition waiver as a percentage of all tuition, and waivers may range from 30% to 50%, depending on fund availability. Waiver amounts are paid directly to the course teacher. Families are responsible for membership and registration fees, any course supplies, and all remaining tuition. Check below and read the Scholarship Fund page at the main website for more information on how our scholarship program works. |
Summer 2025 CoursesThis summer, explore the continents on Earth or on Middle-earth, find comedy, history, and tragedy in Shakepeare’s plays, learn Plato’s theory of epistemology (how we know what we know), program a computer game using sprites, and improve your writing with our range of summer courses:
Academic Year 2025-2026 CoursesTake on the challenge of a classical education that engages your mind and heart in a quest for truth with other members of the Scholars Online community. Discover a range of courses in Latin, history, literature, mathematics, philosophy, and science to supplement or complete your curriculum and reach your educational goals.
You can find a complete listing of courses on our 2025 Course Listing page. There is a more comprehensive catalog with course descriptions available for download to help you choose courses. Let us know if you don’t see a course listed that you would like to take from us. If you are interested in a custom-designed tutorial or chat sessions at a time other than those offered, please let the Administration Office know your course requirements and we will help you identify a tutor. If there is sufficient interest we may be able to add a section for an existing course to accommodate students. |
