How to become a Scholars Online Affiliate

Scholars Online Affiliate Program

If you are interested in exploring how Scholars Online can supplement the courses you offer your charter, homeschool group, or microschool, please contact us at admin@scholarsonline.org to begin the process of adding you as an affiliate school.

We will work with your academic institution to establish the courses you need. When you enroll six or more students in our courses, we will identify you as an affiliate organization, and work through the contact educator you designate to enroll students at a discounted membership and registration rate. (Because teachers set their own tuition rates, we cannot offer a tuition reduction up front, but some teachers may be willing to reduce tuition for a guaranteed enrollment of six or more students).

Because we do not require that students take all of their courses with us, we are uniquely positioned to help charter schools and microschools that have their own core curriculum but would like to offer their students a challenging classical education curriculum without incurring the cost of another full-time teacher for a specific course.

Scholars Online was originally founded to offer homeschool families and independent learners exceptional resources and courses they might not otherwise be able to find — courses that will supplement the core homeschooling experience, not replace it. Over the years, we have expanded our course offerings to provide an entire core curriculum for students who want it, but many of our students still take one or two courses a year with us.

Scholars Online is fully accredited through the Middle States Accreditation Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools.
